Using Lekcia
Lekcia is a study assistant for pupils, students and teachers. The school-pupil section is for users aged 16 and over. Users under 18 must obtain parent or legal guardian consent. Using it means accepting these terms. Additional guardian permission requirements under applicable law remain in force. AI results can be inaccurate and do not guarantee grades. Do not use the service to deceive others or violate your institution's rules.
Copyright: Russian Civil Code Articles 1259 and 1270
Copyright in protected works, including a lecture's expression, stays with its holders. Ideas, methods and facts as such are not protected by Article 1259. Reproduction, adaptation and distribution may fall within the exclusive rights in Article 1270. Uploading does not transfer ownership to Lekcia; you authorize processing only to provide the requested service. Obtain all necessary rights and permissions before recording, uploading or sharing another person's lecture.
Fair use and educational exceptions
An educational purpose is not a blanket permission to copy or publish. Russian law provides specific exceptions, including quotation under Article 1274 with lawful publication, attribution, a source reference and a purpose-justified amount. US fair use is a case-specific assessment, not a universal authorization in Russia or elsewhere. Check the law applicable to your use before sharing a group pack or generated material.
Notice & Takedown — 24-hour target
Contact @Lekcia_ai_bot using /support. Include 'Copyright', the disputed material's link or identifier, the work concerned, evidence of your rights, a reply contact and the requested action. Do not send unnecessary personal data. Your private request is stored and forwarded to the Lekcia owner. We target initial review and restriction of substantiated infringement within 24 hours of a complete notice, not guaranteed automatic deletion. Further evidence may be needed. Bot access may be restricted; browser copies and messages in Telegram are not erased by this action.
