Lekcia · Privacy policy
Lekcia processes recordings for speech transcription, not to identify people. Voice may contain personal data but is not used by us for biometric identification. Website notes stay in your browser; bot materials and study progress are stored separately.
Data and purposes
The Lekcia owner organizes processing to provide study functions and support. Contact @Lekcia_ai_bot using /support for operator details or privacy questions. Website notes, source text, language/theme preferences and exam plans remain in your browser without registration. The bot separately stores Telegram ID, language, materials, study results, progress, reminder preferences, plan/payment and referral records. Support requests are private; idea-board posts are public. Technical information may be processed for security and diagnostics. Do not upload passwords, card details or other people's personal data without a lawful basis.
Voice and biometric data — 152-FZ
Voice answers and lecture recordings are processed for transcription and analysis of study content, not to establish identity. In this scenario Lekcia does not use voice as biometric identification data under Article 11 of Russian Law 152-FZ. A recording may still contain personal data about identifiable people. We do not create voiceprints or evaluate identity from a voice.
Audio processing, AI training and retention
Audio is transmitted to external speech processors for transcription. Lekcia does not maintain a permanent server archive of original audio: a temporary file is processed during the request and is not saved as a Lekcia audio recording after completion. This does not erase the original Telegram message or the file on your device. Lekcia does not train its own models on your recordings. External processors' retention, training-use terms and potential cross-border processing require separate verification; we do not guarantee immediate erasure of every copy or no training by every processor. Transcripts, notes and study results persist separately from audio.
Rights and deletion requests
You may request access, correction, restriction or deletion and withdraw consent where consent is the basis, subject to applicable law including 152-FZ. Contact @Lekcia_ai_bot through /support from the same Telegram account and request deletion of your Lekcia data/profile. The website has no separate account: delete notes in history and clear site data in your browser; this does not erase bot records. Deleting a Lekcia profile does not delete Telegram. Requests require ownership verification; records required by law, payment obligations or disputes may remain. No automatic complete erasure or fixed response time is guaranteed; backups and external processors have separate retention periods.
Security and applicable law
Access to bot/support records is restricted to service operations. People sharing your device may access browser-stored notes. Processing grounds depend on purpose: the requested service, necessary obligations and consent where required. These disclosures describe current behavior, not a certification of compliance with every national data-localization requirement. Material changes will be reflected in an updated policy.
